Listen please! Why isn't anyone managing why people can't add to other folders?! It's making me want to leave the group!

Is anyone managing why people cannot submit to anything but featured?

Hello? Is anyone here going to do anything about me not being able to add artwork to the other folders? I haven't been able to since I've joined back in March

Excuse me, I have some fan fiction I'd like to submit to the correct folder. 

Why isn't anyone getting back to me? I can't add any artwork. This is really frustrating and making me not want to be part of this group.
